| My boyfriend and I went in there, picked out the joints I wanted and clearly stated the product name, was expecting 2x1gram pre rolls. I only realized once I opened the package that there was only one joint. I went back in , Brooklyn, the employee stated that she realized there was a mistake and that the one we had asked for was out of stock. If a product is out of stock it should be mentioned and not replaced with another before asking a customer. Basic knowledge. Nothing was able to be done, even though it was the store who sold the wrong product. Brooklyn, their own employee also recommended the place next door for better pricing. Will not be returning again, and based off some reviews, I know they have better standards for employee competency. | ||
