Stopped by earlier this morning and Emily was fantastic. She took the time to help us choose the Organic Grape Gas from Everest really excellent recommendation. very strong and exactly what we were looking for. Great product knowledge and even better customer service. Emily made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend both her and this strain. keep it up.

Brought in a cart 5 days after I bought it (2 business days) they refused a refund despite the cart being visibly leaking. Offered me a 10% discount on next purchase. Staff was rude about it too. Very unprofessional. I wasn't presented with a receipt originally but the staff was able to find my receipt as I knew the date time and amount of the purchase. Go to any other smoke shop unless u want to be ripped off. Not too mention I was upsold on this cart to begin with. The staff said it was high quality. I'm honestly gobsmacked by the whole situation.

Emily was such a big help and very informative. She has such a calm and patient attitude and she gave some of the best customer service I've received in a while. Definitely recommend this shop if that's the kind of attention they give customerS.
