| Brought in a cart 5 days after I bought it (2 business days) they refused a refund despite the cart being visibly leaking. Offered me a 10% discount on next purchase. Staff was rude about it too. Very unprofessional. I wasn't presented with a receipt originally but the staff was able to find my receipt as I knew the date time and amount of the purchase. Go to any other smoke shop unless u want to be ripped off. Not too mention I was upsold on this cart to begin with. The staff said it was high quality. I'm honestly gobsmacked by the whole situation. Thank you for the reply. But you haven't address my issues. I don't really care if you use it for coaching. I will not be returning. Penny pinch ur customers all u want - im not going to be one. | ||

| I must've been to this store at least 20 times this year, and even as recent as this week. They wouldn't even let me in because I had walked and didn't bring my ID. Ridiculous. I will never go back. I had been coming for literally years. I know both people working there right now have seen my ID, probably multiple times lol. Never going to a canna again. I see that you've responded that it is some law or policy, and yet only at canna cabana am I met worth such incompetence and rude staff. Lean on the government crutch all you want the problem is with the management, training and culture. Because other shops don't have your issues. | ||
