I love the staff here, the selection is GREAT. However, their delivery service lately has been not so great. Their delivery times seem to take hours. I will keep using but I think this needs to be addressed.
Kushklub should be the only place you're even considering!
They have really good daily deals I have yet to see at any other location featuring 25%-30% off daily specials. I initially thought this would just be stock they're trying to clear or rotate but it applies to everything that fits within the promotional category (example Tuesday 25% off concentrates is their entire "concentrate" and "cartridge" section online.
In terms of their delivery I've never had a late delivery. The driver was also super informative and kind ensuring to give me a heads up before her arrival which is perfect for me!
When I went in store too the store representatives were almost instantaneous when greeting me, the girl who checked me out was super informative, she let me know about the app, all of the daily deals I was previously not aware of etc so huge shout out to her, it's amazing seeing a shop promote savings!
I had heard about this place and finally made my way over the other night. Couldn't believe the deals they had going on and the supply!! So many options to choose from and such helpful, wonderful staff. I was helped by Chanel and left feeling excited to come back!
Placed an order, didn't receive it - no body calls, they dont pick up phones. I don't know what's going on.
Edit, today when I called about the issue they said they will refund on my card in a few business days - which I clearly stated that it is not my preferred way of refund. They told me they'll talk to manager and he'll call me back shortly and he didn't.
After 3-4 hours I called them again and manager with an attitude tells me he already processed the refund and I'll receive it in a few days - which I clearly stated not to do it.
I called them to cancel the refund and I can come pick up my items or refund - they refused to do so.
When I insist on receiving my refund they hung up the call on me. (total disaster customer service so far).
So I paid, they didn't wanna come and deliver the order, they didn't want to refund immediately and as a customer I chose to write a review here.
After I wrote my review - in a few hours they called suddenly they shifted "Its ok we can deliver now" .
And of course when they deliver they asked me to delete this review, makes customers feel like they are sold for a price.
Edit : they brought me someone else's order.. someone else is struggling to receive his order now. Good luck to him.
I won't suggest this business.
Really good selection of top shelf products and the staff there are very informative and have great customer service overall!
