| Placed an order, didn't receive it - no body calls, they dont pick up phones. I don't know what's going on. Edit, today when I called about the issue they said they will refund on my card in a few business days - which I clearly stated that it is not my preferred way of refund. They told me they'll talk to manager and he'll call me back shortly and he didn't. After 3-4 hours I called them again and manager with an attitude tells me he already processed the refund and I'll receive it in a few days - which I clearly stated not to do it. I called them to cancel the refund and I can come pick up my items or refund - they refused to do so. When I insist on receiving my refund they hung up the call on me. (total disaster customer service so far). So I paid, they didn't wanna come and deliver the order, they didn't want to refund immediately and as a customer I chose to write a review here. After I wrote my review - in a few hours they called suddenly they shifted "Its ok we can deliver now" . And of course when they deliver they asked me to delete this review, makes customers feel like they are sold for a price. Edit : they brought me someone else's order.. someone else is struggling to receive his order now. Good luck to him. I won't suggest this business. | ||
