I have been a regular at this location for quite a few years now, and I have never had a bad interaction with any employee here. This store has some amazing prices along with some of the nicest people working there. I have only had the pleasure of getting to recognize all the friendly faces every time I visit. I couldnt name a specific employee that I had a good interaction with, because I've only had good interactions with everyone here
Nadia is SO knowledgeable about all the products. Its so refreshing to have people like her in customer service. We were able tk ask questions and she gave us knowledgable advice and honest reviews. Super easy to talk to. Give her a RAISE. Loool thank yaaaa ❤️❤️❤️
I was sold a defective pod for my nictonine vape. Came back to the store less than 24 hours later with the full package to ask for a "refund" or a replacement (was fine with either). As they do not refund those products, I asked for a replacement and they refused. I understand that businesses are not obligated to accept the return of purchased goods, but some do to foster good customer relations (something seven points clearly does not know how to do). I was told to contact the vape production company... I also was told I should have tested the vape in the store, ironic considering they have a sign stating "NO VAPING"... Interesting way of handling things: selling a defective product and blaming the customer... Really disappointed with customer service considering I used to be a loyal customer. Happy to never come back!
Bought a vape, didn't work, and then wouldn't return my money or nothing the next day. Then told me I should have tried it in the store where there is no vaping signs all over the place. This place has horrible customer service don't buy from here
