Went on 06/02/26 in the evening, received the worst customer service from a brunette girl. Was extremely rude and made me feel stupid when I asked a question. Will not be returning and would recommend people going elsewhere.
Usually really good service here but the blonde girl behind the counter was extremely rude and had lots of attitude for absolutely no reason
PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AFTER PURCHASING!!! They double charged me on a 510 cartridge which is okay, mistakes happen. But upon visiting the store to get my money back, I was met by someone with minimal qualifications who couldn't do it. She said I HAVE to wait for the manager to come in the next day. I have family members in retail, there's supposed to be someone within the store at ALL TIMES that can handle these transactions. What a poorly ran company. Will be getting my money back tomorrow!!
I usually do not go here because the customer service is dreadful but only a couple staff specifically. The gentleman I dealt with was able to stop sitting on the counter long enough to help me, I honestly try to avoid this person because he's the definition of only there for $. Didn't ask if I was a member of their frequent customers like every other staff member I have ever dealt with does at multiple locations.
I have heard from other value Bud staff at multiple other locations that this is not a great location to work at, perhaps this person's manager is the problem and not him. Although there's no real excuse for sitting on the fromt counter at your place of employment, try harder. Hell, try at all. Not a great customer facing experience.
There's multiple other locations I can go to and I will be going to those going forward every time, not just most of the time even though this is one of the most convenient.
Been coming here for years, never any complaints. Until today where the blonde girl behind the counter was vary rude today. I will not be coming back here I will be switching stores.
