| I usually do not go here because the customer service is dreadful but only a couple staff specifically. The gentleman I dealt with was able to stop sitting on the counter long enough to help me, I honestly try to avoid this person because he's the definition of only there for $. Didn't ask if I was a member of their frequent customers like every other staff member I have ever dealt with does at multiple locations. I have heard from other value Bud staff at multiple other locations that this is not a great location to work at, perhaps this person's manager is the problem and not him. Although there's no real excuse for sitting on the fromt counter at your place of employment, try harder. Hell, try at all. Not a great customer facing experience. There's multiple other locations I can go to and I will be going to those going forward every time, not just most of the time even though this is one of the most convenient. | ||
