Great store and team! Wish they had some more options from 1spliff though
I ordered a bong from them online and unfortunately received the wrong one, after calling in I spoke to someone very nice and they then returned my call and shipped me the proper one at no extra charge. Nice people and great customer service, not everyone is perfect but the fact that they fix their mistakes means a lot
I have been a customer of Peace Pipe before they even sold cannabis.
I just purchased old cannabis that was on sale, not knowing it was old.
I did not even leave the store. I bought it, looked at the date and to my surprise it was 2 years old.
There are no returns on cannabis regardless if the packaging is unopened.
If you are going to sell dated cannabis products, please inform the consumer how old the cannabis is and that there are no returns.
I also bought several malfunctioning vaporizers here.
I highly I doubt the store will reach out to me, I don't know if I will return.
I am officially done with Peace pipe in Oshawa on Celina street after the response they gave on Feb 17th, 2026.
Super cool store and even cooler people! I had an issue with a device I bought from them and they not only helped try and troubleshoot the device, they exchanged it when nothing worked. I was helped by both Kaitlyn and Sara, and both were awesome! If you're looking for a shop that actually cares, you found it. I will definitely be coming back.
They don't honor warranties like they promised spent $100 on a torch oh ya come back if there's ever any problems we handle the warranty. Lies never shop at this overpriced scam shop there's much better places try the shop in the midtown mall much better quality and prices as well as customer service
