| I ordered a bong from them online and unfortunately received the wrong one, after calling in I spoke to someone very nice and they then returned my call and shipped me the proper one at no extra charge. Nice people and great customer service, not everyone is perfect but the fact that they fix their mistakes means a lot | ||
