Went there for the first time today, the staff were incredibly warm and kind and even complimented the wrap on card which was nice, would definitely return! I hope the staff there have an excellent day!
During my visit today around 5-6pm a young black salesman person kept the $3 change from my $27 purchase without my consent and did not provide a receipt. The employee stated aloud that my total was $27 even. I then handed him $30 in cash ($20 + $10 bills). I purchased a $25 pack of 5 Sativa pre-rolls of the lowest THC % and a $2 red coloured lighter.
After taking my payment, he handed me the items and simply said, "Have a good day." I was not given my $3 change, nor was I provided with the receipt. At the time, I was caught off guard and didn't immediately realize what had happened. By the time I recognized that my change had not been returned and that no receipt had been provided, I had already left and was too distressed to go back and call him out on it.
I feel that my lack of familiarity with the store was taken advantage of. Keeping a customer's change without permission is unacceptable, and withholding the receipt indicates it was intentional. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and it severely impacted my impression of the business. I consider this conduct inappropriate and equivalent to theft.
This place was really nice looking. Great selection even greater prices, great za don't let it be the government that fools you it's pretty good! Stay away from the edibles unless you plan on buying 4 to feel anything
