Hey its James! Honestly, My expectations werent too high for this family shop but when i walked in, I was met with an extensive menu and a very friendly bud tender! I would recommend coming here to all you reading this :)
When I first entered the store I asked the budtender a couple questions politely. I asked if they had Milled flower which is the what I've always gotten. At first he doesn't understand, I explain again and then he knows what I am talking about. He points to the menu and says "right there"
I'm still having a hard time seeing, as this is a store with many options for flower, which seems great! The budtender rudely looks at me and goes 'RIGHT THERE, HELLO, IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE"! I finally see what I need so I ask for the flower by name.
He gets visibly annoyed and tells me "NO I need the number of the weed on the menu, idk what you want."
At this point, I've decided I'm going to another location and told him that. He asks me why and I said, "I find you rude."
I leave the store.
The budtender follows me out to my car to yell at me. Not fully sure what he said because through this whole interaction ive had a slight hard time understanding his accent, and now he is yelling.
He is about a foot away from my window when I roll it up lock the door and pretend to drive away. Finally he goes back into the store.
Budtender is currently working. He is an older man, again, with an accent. Be careful if you are going to this store. I am so uncomfortable.
For context, this is probably my millionth time at a cannabis store. I am 30 years old and not new to the industry or unaware of what I am trying to order or look for. Nor do I feel it's appropriate for a grown man to chas ..
Really great customer service. Huge selection of flower and they have all the product numbered so it is organized. A nice high quality selection of live resin as well
Gentlemen at the counter was patient and knowledgeable and helped me decide, and it was great quality product.
They also have Kodopro battery's! I havent seen those in a while, Had a nice chat and it was all quick, felt pretty good. I will be recommending to my friends ☺️
Front end employee was friendly and knowledgeable. Smooth transaction and will definitely return in the future. (Came in around 4pm on March 27th)
It was sometime back, but it definitely scared me off of coming back here ever again. Rude man at counter asked why I was even here when i asked for help. I would not have purchased anything had it not been the only shop I could get to on short notice. I think it's extremely important to have workers that understand the product and are friendly, because people use this stuff for health reasons, pain, insomnia,anxiety, having somebody like this working is very risky. I have never had a worse experience in any store, never mind a store that specifically may deal with customers who may have anxiety trying to purchase a product to help.
