| Understand the need to ID customers. What I don't understand is IDing one customer without hardly letting them into the building and then letting the next person walk in without asking for ID, allowing him to browse the menu and walk all around the store, and purchase without being asked for identification at all. | ||

| When I first entered the store I asked the budtender a couple questions politely. I asked if they had Milled flower which is the what I've always gotten. At first he doesn't understand, I explain again and then he knows what I am talking about. He points to the menu and says "right there" I'm still having a hard time seeing, as this is a store with many options for flower, which seems great! The budtender rudely looks at me and goes 'RIGHT THERE, HELLO, IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE"! I finally see what I need so I ask for the flower by name. He gets visibly annoyed and tells me "NO I need the number of the weed on the menu, idk what you want." At this point, I've decided I'm going to another location and told him that. He asks me why and I said, "I find you rude." I leave the store. The budtender follows me out to my car to yell at me. Not fully sure what he said because through this whole interaction ive had a slight hard time understanding his accent, and now he is yelling. He is about a foot away from my window when I roll it up lock the door and pretend to drive away. Finally he goes back into the store. Budtender is currently working. He is an older man, again, with an accent. Be careful if you are going to this store. I am so uncomfortable. For context, this is probably my millionth time at a cannabis store. I am 30 years old and not new to the industry or unaware of what I am trying to order or look for. Nor do I feel it's appropriate for a grown man to chas .. | ||

| I've been going to this store exclusively for the past couple years. The staff here is wonderful! Especially Ray, Ally, David and Real! They always give great service, are friendly and professional, have great suggestions, and overall make shopping at this store a great experience! Thanks for everything guys! -Kaitlyn and Nick | ||
