Nice service the man explained everything very clearly and nicely. Made sure I understood everything because English is my second language. Very very happy to have been served by him!
I've been a customer at this store for more than a year, and overall my experience has been very good. Most of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. They recognize regular customers and make the place feel comfortable.
However, there is one employee — a short bald guy — who has repeatedly asked me for ID even though I've shown it to him many times before (at least 20–30 times) and other staff members know me well. I understand that checking ID can be part of the policy, and I have no issue with that. The problem is the way he behaved today.
Today he was very rude and started calling me names like "little princess," which I found disrespectful and completely unprofessional. As a regular customer who has been coming here for over a year, that kind of treatment is unacceptable.
I would really like to speak with a manager or someone responsible about this situation because I am considering making a formal complaint regarding this employee's behavior. I hope management can address this, because aside from this issue, the rest of the team has always been great.
I never really leave reviews but my experience at this location was so stellar. I just had to come and give as many stars as possible. The staff were very knowledgeable and the management is very easy to deal with. I really recommend this location to everybody
I love coming to this store. There is a lady named Jayne that works there and she is very polite and very informative regarding the products there. She takes the time to the customers to find them exactly what they need. It's always a joy coming in because she is always smiling and Happy.
All the staff there are truly great.
Jayne and Paige are the best, not only helps out with picking out high quality stuff, but they have the most amazing vibe and energy, they are both very sweet and kind. They both have hearts of gold and are always looking out for their costumers. Everytime you walk in the store, they greet you with there amazing hearts and are always welcoming. I have never had this experience before and it's never ending, no matter if you're a regular or new, they always give you the best experience anyone could ask for ! Couldn't ask for anything better !!
