First, and last time. I ordered online for drive thru, so my husband and I get to the drive thru window and the gentleman walks away to deal with a customer inside, not even a "one moment excuse me". No acknowledgement. Over stood. Keeping it succinct, we park and I go inside where, of course, the budtender was serving a customer. Even after the ,regular, customer was done still didn't acknowledge my presence, standing there. So I walk up to the counter after the customer finishes with his payment and they're continuing friendly conversation, im not opposed to it, but no acknowledgement? Ok. I said exactly that and left the establishment. It was uncomfortable
Don't bother ordering through their delivery service anymore. The new manager there is completely incompetent and over books time slots, leaving order 1 hour+ late. my last 10 orders have all been late by over an hour. They don't even call/text to update you that your order will arrive late, they have 0 respect for customers time, they also do not try to rectify the situation if you express discontent. I've been going here since the opening day and they're too dense to realize they should treat their loyal members with a bit more respect. I'm taking my business somewhere else.
I've been coming here for a while now and always have a great experience. They have a great selection, competitive prices, and the drive-through window makes it super convenient. Arlene has helped me numerous times, and she's always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. She consistently provides excellent customer service, which keeps me coming back.
We picked up at the drive thru today from Arlene. We always enjoy seeing her. She always checks our order, knowing what we like, to ensure its accuracy. I had mentioned to her previously on learning her name; that she feels like a family member as she has the same name as my sister. Arlene is very personable. An asset to someone in her position.
Decent prices, and good selection. Arlene and the staff are always quick, helpful, and knowledgeable with products, and the laws associated with cannabis. This place properly up holds the gold standard for government regulations and customer service. If you want quality, consistency, and reliability then ganjica house main street is the go to. The atmosphere is also very zen and uplifting, not dark or dingy. Definitely trustworthy.
