| We picked up at the drive thru today from Arlene. We always enjoy seeing her. She always checks our order, knowing what we like, to ensure its accuracy. I had mentioned to her previously on learning her name; that she feels like a family member as she has the same name as my sister. Arlene is very personable. An asset to someone in her position. | ||
