Easily one of the best stores in London. They have a great selection and the best prices. The staff knows what's up and is very polite and helpful, especially the two Brooklyn girls who work here. Highly recommended!
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at VIP Cannabis. The store is advertised to open at 9:00 AM, yet at 9:03 the doors were still locked and the "open" sign was off. I had already walked through VIP Vape, which opened on time, and saw two VIP Cannabis employees standing outside in the parking lot instead of preparing the store.
When I asked if they were open, one employee said no, then checked his watch and suddenly realized they should be. He rushed inside to turn on the lights. Another employee was already behind the counter, but nothing was set up.
As I started browsing, the employee behind the counter announced it would be another 10 minutes before the debit machine was working. This was at 9:05 AM five minutes after their posted opening time. I didn't have time to wait, so I left without buying anything.
I've been a loyal customer since day one, visiting 3–4 times a week and spending a significant amount weekly. Unfortunately, the service has been getting worse with each visit. I refuse to go back they have lost some loyal customers.
Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of preparation and customer care. Staff should be ready to serve customers at opening time not standing outside or scrambling to set up after the fact. Very disappointing. ☮️
I recently visited VIP Cannabis in London and had an excellent experience with Alyssa. Despite it being her second day, her welcoming presence made me feel really comfortable. She was genuinely eager to help me out, and even patiently worked through the challenge of a return. I also called back later, and she again went the extra mile to help me understand something about the product. Her dedication is truly appreciated.
These guys sold me an absolute cannon and told me where to find free parking for the Anthrax concert.
