| I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at VIP Cannabis. The store is advertised to open at 9:00 AM, yet at 9:03 the doors were still locked and the "open" sign was off. I had already walked through VIP Vape, which opened on time, and saw two VIP Cannabis employees standing outside in the parking lot instead of preparing the store. When I asked if they were open, one employee said no, then checked his watch and suddenly realized they should be. He rushed inside to turn on the lights. Another employee was already behind the counter, but nothing was set up. As I started browsing, the employee behind the counter announced it would be another 10 minutes before the debit machine was working. This was at 9:05 AM five minutes after their posted opening time. I didn't have time to wait, so I left without buying anything. I've been a loyal customer since day one, visiting 3–4 times a week and spending a significant amount weekly. Unfortunately, the service has been getting worse with each visit. I refuse to go back they have lost some loyal customers. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of preparation and customer care. Staff should be ready to serve customers at opening time not standing outside or scrambling to set up after the fact.
