Service by employees is great, actually it's even excellent.
It's the management who definitely sucks.
Is this location always picked over because either:
a) it's busy all the time? (which it's not), or
b) it is because they do a terrible job of ordering proper quantities of stock?
Either way, it's like their management is angry when customers come in with expectations of abundant availability of goods they are supposed to carry. They get all cagey and dismissive to questions about products that are constantly out of stock.
All I want to do is spend my money on good products and have good selection. Why the fake scarcity?
The Westhills location NEVER has this problem.
Katrina assisted me on my first ever dispensary visit. She walked me through all of the different strains and showed me several ways to smoke it. I left with a new bong something called sativa? Give this girl a raise.
Specifically asked for a pre-rolled that was rolled in kief. Guy sold me some shredX but they are not what I asked for. SMH.
*High*ly recommended. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and always ready with treats for the pups !
