The lady I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and straightforward. I was also really impressed with the store itself. The layout is clean and well organized, and the products are clearly visible and easy to browse, which makes a big difference compared with some other shops. Great customer service, a well-designed store, and a very positive experience overall. I'll definitely be back.

Service by employees is great, actually it's even excellent. It's the management who definitely sucks. Is this location always picked over because either: a) it's busy all the time? (which it's not), or b) it is because they do a terrible job of ordering proper quantities of stock? Either way, it's like their management is angry when customers come in with expectations of abundant availability of goods they are supposed to carry. They get all cagey and dismissive to questions about products that are constantly out of stock. All I want to do is spend my money on good products and have good selection. Why the fake scarcity? The Westhills location NEVER has this problem.
