Joe guy he said he is the owner of the store
He didn't check for some customer and when we asked why u didn't and why you asking us
He said he can do whatever he want
He have his own rules
Wish I lived in the area as I would exclusively shop there. Some of the best customer service. Even when the person saying they'd do something wasnt there, they followed through and even went above and beyond! Had a rough day prior to arrival so it was much welcomed. I thought I was gonna have troubles after my troubles. None. Nada. Zip. Amazing.
Amazing experience at Value Buds. Pricing is great and they're always fully stocked with whatever you need they never seem to run out, which is a huge plus. The store has great vibes and a welcoming atmosphere.
Huge shoutout to Brandon he's incredibly helpful, brings great energy, and has a positive attitude that instantly makes customers feel welcome. Because of him and the overall experience, I'll always bring my business here. Highly recommend this location.
