Wish I lived in the area as I would exclusively shop there. Some of the best customer service. Even when the person saying they'd do something wasnt there, they followed through and even went above and beyond! Had a rough day prior to arrival so it was much welcomed. I thought I was gonna have troubles after my troubles. None. Nada. Zip. Amazing.

Staff is helpfful even though im thorough and chatty. Tried a new place to spice things up....big mistake. Avoid Prairie Records.
