Very unimpressed with Ben (or Benjemin?), watch your wandering eyes and your condescending attitude. My family, friends, and myself will be choosing and informing to shop elsewhere after an experience like that. There are plenty of other shops in the area without deplorable guys like that. Disgusting. Two stars because other staff have provided customer service just fine.
Best pricing on acessories. Knowledgeable staff. Clear and concise pricing and description. I like to know what I'm paying ahead of time and not having to ask prices for like multiple products. Staff is helpfful even though im thorough and chatty. Tried a new place to spice things up....big mistake. Avoid Prairie Records.
Just had the best experience at your store with your bud tender named Ben, pretty cool. Guy knows his stuff even though I had to come back three times cuz my debit card wouldn't work lol
Bad for business closing your store at 1::20 today I watched over ten possible customers try your door and leave to go somewhere else!! That's money walking away from your business! I don't understand how you can be understaffed when there's so many people looking for work!!
Good morning I was at or near this value buds and realized the store was closed and as I was leaving I came across to see a lady try to enter the store, when it was clearly closed. And there was lady in a van that said sorry honey it's closed and the other lady that was entering replied rudely and saying she could read. Then started to approach the vehicle aggressively. The lady in the van started defending her self verbally. To me the whole situation was uncalled for especially my POV, the lady entering the store was being vulgar and rude. I came to do the review and saw the two other reviews and found it a coincidence that it was posted I was there and witnessed the situation. It did not go down as the way it's being told. She literally called the lady a Karen then proceeds to post a review like that. I've had nothing but good experiences at this value buds
