The staff are really helpful and nice, Jaskarn & Tyson then my favorite Jordan are always willing to assist with recommendations.
Love this dispensary, Jaskaran makes every visit worth it and always gets me the best deals and product. I highly recommend this location!
Staff is exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service is impeccable. All the staff are kind, helpful and always ready to meet you with a pleasant greeting. They are always looking for the best deal for you. I drive out of my way to purchase from this dispensary. It is worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store today (Saturday around 12:00 PM). I was helped by a staff member with a beard, and his attitude was completely unprofessional.
I walked in with a very simple question. I politely asked for two sativa pre-rolls with the highest THC within my budget. Instead of helping me or showing me any options, he acted like my questions were an inconvenience. He made no effort to explain products, offer recommendations, or provide even basic customer service.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when I'm asking a straightforward question. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customer service is a huge part of any retail experience, and unfortunately, this employee completely failed in that regard.
I hope the owner or manager reads this review because this kind of attitude drives customers away. Employees who work directly with customers should be approachable, respectful, and willing to help. If someone doesn't want to assist customers, they shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role.
I won't be returning because of this experience, and I sincerely hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have the same disappointing experience.
