| ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing experience at this store today (Saturday around 12:00 PM). I was helped by a staff member with a beard, and his attitude was completely unprofessional. I walked in with a very simple question. I politely asked for two sativa pre-rolls with the highest THC within my budget. Instead of helping me or showing me any options, he acted like my questions were an inconvenience. He made no effort to explain products, offer recommendations, or provide even basic customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when I'm asking a straightforward question. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customer service is a huge part of any retail experience, and unfortunately, this employee completely failed in that regard. I hope the owner or manager reads this review because this kind of attitude drives customers away. Employees who work directly with customers should be approachable, respectful, and willing to help. If someone doesn't want to assist customers, they shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. I won't be returning because of this experience, and I sincerely hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have the same disappointing experience. | ||
