Usually the staff is very helpful. Not always, but I've got no complaints. Decent prices and a good selection
*update* manager rang today. Not a word of English hahahah. Tried denying all of the below.Nice place. Decent selection....but recent staff hiring have been a nightmare. Online orders never processed until we arrive. Very slow service from people who know absolutely nothing about weed but still try to suggest I buy the left over shag weeds like space race etc ...you walk in and the atmosphere is like a graveyard. Would not recommend for anything other than pick up
You fired the only guy who knew anything about the product and now you hire staff who sit there in silence and work at a snails pace.
Great experience every time I come here. Friendly staff, clean store, and good vibes. They know what theyre doing here. I met the store manager and hes a cool guy
Two months ago, there was a glitch with an online order, and we were charged twice for one order. Despite numerous polite phone calls, personal visits and assurances from floor staff that something would be done to resolve this, nothing has happened. I suggested to the store manager today that we'd be happy with a gift card in the amount of the error. He thought that to be a good idea and just needed to clear it with his superiors. The man was good enough to call me back as he'd promised, but said that his bosses would not be undertaking the gift card idea. No I can't say they're thieves because there might come a day when they do the right thing. Who knows when that might be.
The local manager finally got fed up and refunded me in cash.
They don't always have the bong I like n they don't always have the knowledge plus their receipts had a pink line across the whole thing showing that they slack on their tills upkeep.
