Product and price is decent and most employees are great but it seems like they need more training on accessories like batteries. I wanted a new battery but he didn't seem to know how any of them worked and said that the batteries don't need to be charged which I know they do. I went elsewhere for better knowledge
Bought a 510 cart that didn't work. I returned to the store for a replacement, and from the moment I walked in, the woman at the counter was immediately defensive and confrontational. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, only to find out she was the manager.
When I calmly asked her to correct her tone, since I wasn't being rude or aggressive, her response was "do not lecture me." Completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a management position. Her attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing for the business.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place.
I went to your shop this evening, baldev treat me really well and meet my expectations regarding product and service.
Great! John and Yuli both helped me out and are always kind helpful. Liam wasn't there today but he's also a real gem.
