| Bought a 510 cart that didn't work. I returned to the store for a replacement, and from the moment I walked in, the woman at the counter was immediately defensive and confrontational. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, only to find out she was the manager. When I calmly asked her to correct her tone, since I wasn't being rude or aggressive, her response was "do not lecture me." Completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a management position. Her attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing for the business. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place. | ||
