This location sells very old and stale products compared to other dispensaries. Make sure to check the packaging date on all products. They've sold me expired gummies and pre rolls over 2 years old. Happens too often at this location, definitely not returning again
Great store, friendly staff! Tried the Biscotti from 1Spliff, was an amazing pre-roll would try again!
Been a long time customer. Purchased Blue Jeeters in a 5 pack and when opened the package only contained 3. When asked about switching the package they told me I had to contact the manufacturer for a refund or exchange even though I purchased it in their store. It's like going to get groceries and finding out your box of cereal is empty and the store asks you to contact the manufacturer for the refund of product you paid for. Incredibly unprofessional. They lost me as a customer.
Attended this store. My favourite in mississauga. I was helped by Keeth, and it was phenomenal customer service
Shii was extremely pleasant upon arrival to the store with an amazing smile to great me with ☺️
I asked for her recommendation as I do when visiting a new cannabis establishment. With her honest response with quality and smoke- ability I knew I was in good hands ! 🙌 she recommended me two pre rolls based on my personal needs and I'm so excited to get toking 💨
