| Been a long time customer. Purchased Blue Jeeters in a 5 pack and when opened the package only contained 3. When asked about switching the package they told me I had to contact the manufacturer for a refund or exchange even though I purchased it in their store. It's like going to get groceries and finding out your box of cereal is empty and the store asks you to contact the manufacturer for the refund of product you paid for. Incredibly unprofessional. They lost me as a customer. | ||

| The staff at front are really unhelpful and don't treat customers with respect. *edit* I stood there and no one even addressed me. The Cannibas Guys is not too far from your shop, and as soon as I walked in someone addressed and helped me. It's quite disrespectful to walk into a shop and the employees don't even say hello or acknowledge you are there. Gladly taking business elsewhere. | ||
