If I could give a lower review I would. The Manager Sarah absolutely horrible customer service. They really don't know anything about their products. I use to go in a while back it was run so much better. Now it's just going down hill.
I won't be going back. I hope this place closes down sooner rather than later. This place is getting shady.

About five and a half years ago, I was a regular customer at this cannabis store. I paid for my purchase in cash and left. Within about 30 seconds, I realized I had been shorted $20. I immediately turned around, re-entered the store, and calmly explained the issue.
The cashier acknowledged the mistake and, instead of correcting it through the register, pulled $20 out of her pocket and said she must have miscounted. While the money was returned, the way the situation was handled raised concerns about professionalism and proper cash-handling procedures. As a result, I chose not to return to that store.
Sarah is an amazing person. Always so helpful and knowledgeable, but best thing is she will admit when she doesn't instead of pretending
