| About five and a half years ago, I was a regular customer at this cannabis store. I paid for my purchase in cash and left. Within about 30 seconds, I realized I had been shorted $20. I immediately turned around, re-entered the store, and calmly explained the issue. The cashier acknowledged the mistake and, instead of correcting it through the register, pulled $20 out of her pocket and said she must have miscounted. While the money was returned, the way the situation was handled raised concerns about professionalism and proper cash-handling procedures. As a result, I chose not to return to that store. | ||

| 4 years ago I walking into there. I was a regular customer and the Female older owner of the place told me " I am the owner of this place if you don't like it go somewhere else". So I turned around from the threshold of the door and sed fine I have not been there in 4 years and never again Even if they offered me an entire store of supply for free. | ||
