I'm glad this pice of works business is closing not only are the prices a rip off the man does not shut up the entire time sounding like a pompous ass waistIng our time only for my legal aged brother to come in and say hey guys what taking so long this employee decided to put my hands on my brother for no reason I'm deeply uncomfortable on how he handled this situation. Grow up man.
Edit. He didn't ask for his ID and didn't ask for him to leave he immediately put his 50 year old hands on a 20 year old. Creepy dude.
You certainly can't go wrong shopping at RZC. It was a great overall experience talking to Diana on the phone, and Derek in person. These guys are so good that I'd be willing to drive an hour to spend some time and money in their store if I had to. Luckily, I'm just north of Hanover in the thriving metropolis of Chesley.
For the record the gratuity thing didn't bother me at all. The knowledge Derek imparted was worth the few extra bucks. I look at it as a nice little way for me to express my gratitude, and also to support deserving local vendors.
The education I received about different product choices was superb!

Derek is my favorite he's very easy to talk to and he explains things super well
Today I visited the store at 8 pm and the lady working there is not nice I asked for the quote of a product and then a customer came and she invited him well and start serving him and don't even ask me what I want and then when I ask my product she is very rude and throw my stuff in a very bad way that make me very dis appointment and worst experience at your place
I hope I will never visit you guys again
Great service and pricing, but the tip prompt on the debit machine threw me off. Does everyone expect a tip for doing their job these days? Smh.
