| You certainly can't go wrong shopping at RZC. It was a great overall experience talking to Diana on the phone, and Derek in person. These guys are so good that I'd be willing to drive an hour to spend some time and money in their store if I had to. Luckily, I'm just north of Hanover in the thriving metropolis of Chesley. For the record the gratuity thing didn't bother me at all. The knowledge Derek imparted was worth the few extra bucks. I look at it as a nice little way for me to express my gratitude, and also to support deserving local vendors. The education I received about different product choices was superb! Easily deserved 5 Stars! | ||
