Been a long time frequenter of this store ever since its opened. The original staff is awesome and my experience has always been positive. However they've added new staff. The one new girl is absolutely brutal. Can never go in for a simple pick up. With her you're looking at 20-30 minute wait alone… Really hope Pops can do something about it !
First visit in our new hometown of Barrie South. Allison made us feel very welcome and got us set up with an account and helped procure some great product. Would highly recommend this store. Great selection of products and great friendly service. 👍
I went to this Pop cannabis and purchased a pack of 5 0.5g prerolls that I buy everytime. The Sales representative Allison overpriced me but it's my fault for not paying attention to the price. I went out to the car and saw the notification on my phone so i walked right back in to show her and refund it. She gave me a hard time and refused to let me refund it because "I already walked out the store". She said there's no refunds allowed unless the products defected, she kept trying to tell me that I can not refund it at all even though the package was still closed. After going back and forth with her she finally agreed to let me refund it and when she printed out the receipt I read the return policy to her even though she definitely knew that.
It saddens me that I have to leave this terrible review because an employee attempting to scam me, I'm glad I caught on to it immediately.
Pops Cannabis, please review this complaint and hear Allison's side of the story to throughly evaluate this situation. Thank you.
Brenden is so knowledgeable and kind. He's always so helpful and recommends the best stuff. Love going to this location, always makes my day.
