| I went to this Pop cannabis and purchased a pack of 5 0.5g prerolls that I buy everytime. The Sales representative Allison overpriced me but it's my fault for not paying attention to the price. I went out to the car and saw the notification on my phone so i walked right back in to show her and refund it. She gave me a hard time and refused to let me refund it because "I already walked out the store". She said there's no refunds allowed unless the products defected, she kept trying to tell me that I can not refund it at all even though the package was still closed. After going back and forth with her she finally agreed to let me refund it and when she printed out the receipt I read the return policy to her even though she definitely knew that. It saddens me that I have to leave this terrible review because an employee attempting to scam me, I'm glad I caught on to it immediately. Pops Cannabis, please review this complaint and hear Allison's side of the story to throughly evaluate this situation. Thank you. | ||
