I have to agree with the other reviewer regarding spotty customer service.
The guy with the thinning reddish/lighter blonde hair makes coming to this store highly uncomfortable and he is always on shift when I attend the store. He doesn't smile or say thank you - the basics of customer service. I have seen him interact with other customers completely differently (friendly, warm), so it leaves a very unsettling feeling. I am a friendly person myself and worked in customer service for 13 years - not sure what the issue is but I go to either Opal or Flight now even though it's out of my way.
Very unfortunate because other staff are fantastic and it's on my route home.
Good store and selection, however certain staff members greet everyone else apart from me with great service and offer me very little apart from "what do you want". Even when telling them to have a great night, I am never met with anything warm in response. This does not apply to ALL staff.
If your customers are giving better customer service than some staff members are giving customers, that's an issue.
This is not a one-off situation either - many times I come in at the end of the week to get new supplies, and if I line up, everyone is met warmly, except for me, and then everyone after me.
Not the best review I've had, but for those staff members who DO make me wish to come back, thank you for being great!
**EDIT: They added a tipping feature to their POS, get rid of it, if your service is worth a tip, you'll get one.
Usually pretty decent but they had like 2 options in stock this time… are they going out of business
Fantastic varied selection of all kinds of products and the most friendly and helpful staff. Can't recommend their quality products and prices enough.
I am new to the Cannabis world, and prior to going to Honeycomb I was never able to get the service I had wanted. I am by no means a high maintenance customer, I just had a few questions I was looking for answers to. Unfortunately, it just seemed like I was waisting the shops time with my remedial questions 🤷…anyways I have been going to Honeycomb for a while, and I can't say enough good things. There is a worker there, I believe her name is Fallon? I think she may live there as I have never not seen her working. She is fantastic, she has been a huge help, and pointed me in the right direction. I am not even sure if google reviews are still a thing? But I hope this helps!
