| I have to agree with the other reviewer regarding spotty customer service. The guy with the thinning reddish/lighter blonde hair makes coming to this store highly uncomfortable and he is always on shift when I attend the store. He doesn't smile or say thank you - the basics of customer service. I have seen him interact with other customers completely differently (friendly, warm), so it leaves a very unsettling feeling. I am a friendly person myself and worked in customer service for 13 years - not sure what the issue is but I go to either Opal or Flight now even though it's out of my way. Very unfortunate because other staff are fantastic and it's on my route home. | ||
