I recently visited your Queensway store to purchase a few items, and I wanted to share my disappointing experience.
When I entered the store, I was not greeted by the employee working at the time, Corina. I had to greet her first before she acknowledged me or approached to offer assistance.
I asked for recommendations on the products I was looking for, but unfortunately, I didn't receive much help. She appeared to have limited knowledge of the products she was selling and wasn't able to provide useful guidance. In addition, her attitude and overall approach came across as unwelcoming and disinterested.
Because I wasn't getting the assistance I needed, I ended up grabbing whatever I could and leaving without feeling confident in my purchase.
I believe customer service should be welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially when customers are seeking
advice. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers have a better experience.

Growers is the best! Tee goes above and beyond for the community! She works hard to provide excellent customer service. If you don't have a go to dispensary growers is an easy choice.
Missus sold us nasty moldy rerolls recommending they good. First and last time there.
Great staff. Willing to take the time and knowledge you on product. Never rushed or overly busy.
Had to get some CBD products for a family member and the lady working there was very knowledgable and helpful with trying to find the right product.
