Walk into any other dispensary in the Niagara region and you won't get as much love and attention than from the budtenders here. My ex gave me less attention than these guys do! Walk in at anytime and your satisfaction becomes their top priority. I never check the website/catalogue before I come in, I just talk to the budtenders and they always find me what I need. Plus everyone is so nice to talk to!
One budtender in particular, Leah, has always gone above and beyond for me every single visit. From her amazing picks to things like wrapping up my backpack in a flash rainstorm. These people really care! And in general she's just very pleasant. Sometimes I wanna come in just to chat! It's the little things that make you feel truly welcome; she remembers what you like and has your account already pulled up. On top of all that she is always spot on with her recommendations when I tell her what I need, and is clearly very knowledgeable about everything too. Walked in one day wanting only blunt wraps, walked out with the best ounce I've ever had!
To finish off, a little anecdote; on a warm night in June I came in to pick up my first piece of Canadian glassware. Not only did Leah and Kara drop everything to help me, they tripple ensured that the glass I got made it home safely. They even gave me extra filters and ensured I had everything I needed to make the glass last. 11/10 service even when you buy a full bong setup 30 minutes before close. The low prices are a great ..
So we make an order with these guys probably the 30th time doing so, and as soon as they get someone new in they think they are running the show and can cancel any order they want. We will warn you that if you are making an order don't sign into your google account because if your google account has the wrong name even when they have an option to not sign in and use your proper name, and as soon as you sign in it gets overwritten which isn't human error, it's actually the dev's fault, and then they have the nerve to cancel the order and decline us service because of a poorly built website that they can't acknowledge. Makes sense. 1 Star. Oh and always bring your ID with you because they are terrible at remembering faces, and treat their previous customers like garbage depending on who they like. They are only nice to certain people. The guy I spoke with on the phone yesterday seemed like a narcissist and thought it was okay to play with people's money, and now have to wait 1 week for a refund because of a silly mix-up, when all they have to do is verify identification from anyone over the age of 19 years old. Shouldn't matter if someone doesn't use their real name, a wrong name doesn't indicate anything fraudulent. People have the right to go by any name they want and should only have to reveal it if it's lawful.
Love to come here ! All the staff here are wonderful and attentive. I always recommend my family and friends to come here. Came for edibles and I was not disappointed! Staff are extremely knowledgeable and will guide you from start to finish with products.

The staff? Super cool. Not the pushy, upsell-everything type — they actually listen. I told them the kind of high I was going for and they dialed it in perfectly. You can tell they know their stuff but they explain it in a way that doesn't feel like a science lecture. Just good vibes and solid recommendations.
