| So we make an order with these guys probably the 30th time doing so, and as soon as they get someone new in they think they are running the show and can cancel any order they want. We will warn you that if you are making an order don't sign into your google account because if your google account has the wrong name even when they have an option to not sign in and use your proper name, and as soon as you sign in it gets overwritten which isn't human error, it's actually the dev's fault, and then they have the nerve to cancel the order and decline us service because of a poorly built website that they can't acknowledge. Makes sense. 1 Star. Oh and always bring your ID with you because they are terrible at remembering faces, and treat their previous customers like garbage depending on who they like. They are only nice to certain people. The guy I spoke with on the phone yesterday seemed like a narcissist and thought it was okay to play with people's money, and now have to wait 1 week for a refund because of a silly mix-up, when all they have to do is verify identification from anyone over the age of 19 years old. Shouldn't matter if someone doesn't use their real name, a wrong name doesn't indicate anything fraudulent. People have the right to go by any name they want and should only have to reveal it if it's lawful. | ||
