Chloe was amazing, welcoming from beginning to end with useful tips and advice for managing anxiety with usage. Also told us about new products we may be interested in - the entire experience was fantastic will definitely be back as our local provider!
I'm a regular customer here, and I'm consistently impressed by the massive selection of products. For the most part, the staff is absolutely unbeatable—super friendly and always ready to help. However, there is one exception: a larger gentleman who is consistently unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. It's a bit of a letdown compared to how great everyone else is. Overall, it's a fantastic shop with a solid inventory, but the customer service experience really depends on who is behind the counter that day.
I have always been a good customer to this store but the unimaginable and utterly disgusting thing happened to me this morning from their female employee over the call, I tried to place a delivery order online but apparently their website kept showing an error code so I decided to call in to see if they could at least deliver and have me pay at the door. The angry (or probably high off something) female employee I spoke to, decided to be EXTREMELY rude to me, stating that it could either be issues with my card or their website. As I was clearly stating to her that it's not my card because I used it to order off uber that morning (and maybe it's their website…. She didn't let me get to this part) and just concluded I wanted to use to get it delivered. She kept repeating the same statement "sorry we can't deliver with uber" disregarding my statement that "I don't want to use Uber, I used my card on uber". She went ahead to insult me and then ended the call with "I won't be talking further to you in that tone". I was utterly embarrassed by her words over the phone, very BAD customer service and as a long-standing customer I won't be coming here anymore. If you can't train your staff on customer service why on earth are you even open for business???
I visit this four20 very often and it's always a 10/10 experience. It's a nice, clean, and bright store with easily the best selection in the area. What makes this store stand out even more is the staff. They are super friendly and always take the time to really engage with you in store. 5 stars, will visit again (and again and again).
