Great store and prices but the built in tipping is a bit aggressive on the debit machine. Tipping is expected these days for everything and it turns me off.
Selling pre rolls from 2024. Asked for an infused doobie guy gave me one that was packaged in 2024. Unacceptable all product under 3 months old should be slashed in half in price once it gets that old.
Normally I go to the flight in Vic west as it's bu my work; I went to the Langford one today and I've never been treated so poorly when walking into a store; I didn't get a hello, how are you. Literally just stared, looked me up and down and didn't say anything until I did.
The women was short with me even though I just politely asked for what I'd like.
I mean there was three employees there, the conversation was, Hi, hi, em can I have this or that please. Yup. Grabbed it. Cash or card? On debit please. Okay, I paid and was out the door without another word. 0 customer service there. And I was the only one in the store. It's not hard to be kind, you know?
