| Normally I go to the flight in Vic west as it's bu my work; I went to the Langford one today and I've never been treated so poorly when walking into a store; I didn't get a hello, how are you. Literally just stared, looked me up and down and didn't say anything until I did. The women was short with me even though I just politely asked for what I'd like. I mean there was three employees there, the conversation was, Hi, hi, em can I have this or that please. Yup. Grabbed it. Cash or card? On debit please. Okay, I paid and was out the door without another word. 0 customer service there. And I was the only one in the store. It's not hard to be kind, you know? | ||
