bought a 7g of my go-to strain from here, it was absolutely rank, checked the bag out and it had a HOLE IN THE BOTTOM... i have never ever seen this happen in my life. absolutely never buying from here again
Best and biggest shop I've personally seen in the city!! And I've been to pretty much all of em.. 😂🙌 The environment is the pinnacle of a 'cannabis emporium', which is rare to find on this side of the border! Great customer service and even greater selection of products!! I've personally never seen some of the products in stock here at other dispos around, an exotic and exclusive experience for sure! 🙏🧡
I've been a regular customer here and have generally had good experiences, especially with gummies from the Spinach brand. However, my recent purchase of Shred'ems (Shark Attack) was disappointing.
The product felt significantly weaker than what I'm used to from similar items. After checking the packaging date, I noticed it had been packaged over 8 months prior, which may explain the reduced quality and effectiveness.
I raised the issue in-store but didn't receive much concern or follow-up, and I also contacted customer service but have not received a response so far.
I understand that product potency can change over time, but customers should still be able to expect consistent quality and a reasonable level of support when issues are raised. In this case, both were lacking.

I appreciate the reply, but it doesn't really address the core issue I raised, which is the sale of a product that was over 8 months old (expired) and noticeably degraded in quality.
An apology alone doesn't resolve that. What specifically is being done about this product batch, and what resolution can you offer in this case?
Don't use these guys for delivery they will call you 2 hours later telling you their driver "missed you" and they will need to reschedule but nobody even contacted me. this place is a joke
