Emily and Grace are pretty dope. I've been coming lately and even on the days I've felt like garbage, they find a way to make me laugh and smile. So thank you for having them at this location, they make my day better
This is unfortunately not the first time I've experienced poor service from the same employee. On a previous visit, she behaved in a similar rude and dismissive manner toward me, while interacting very politely with another customer.
During my recent visit, when I asked about available options, she responded with attitude. When I politely addressed her rudeness, she walked away instead of resolving the issue.
I appreciate the other staff member (the one with glasses) who apologized and handled the situation professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures consistent, respectful service for all customers.
amazing experience!! been here a few times dealt with the asian guy , if you give your budtender trust they hook you up with some dope dope .... always solid recommendations , some days im broke and he has solid reccos for super tight budgets too ! I wish more people actually put this kind of care into their work and not just try to sell me something to rush me out.
I usually buy my herbs at this store, but lately there's a Chinese guy there who's a real pain, like he's not happy at his job. He's really rude and gets annoyed if you ask for anything else.He's a jerk. He's much better when the girls are around; they're friendlier than him. He even made racist comments to me and kicked me out of the store. Even the security guard saw it coming. Very bad.Experience, I no longer shop at that store.
