I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience two days ago. I attempted to purchase an 8-pack of Frosted Flyers, but due to the excessively loud music playing in the store, the staff member misheard my request. The volume level makes routine communication very difficult. I ask that management reviews the store's audio policy to ensure a better environment for both customers and staff.
I had a great experience there. The girl that helped me, I think her name is Jelena was very happy and had a positive attitude. She was helpful with knowing what I was looking for

Helpful and kind, very clean and bright ice been to the other ones in the town and this one is by far the best
