| I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience two days ago. I attempted to purchase an 8-pack of Frosted Flyers, but due to the excessively loud music playing in the store, the staff member misheard my request. The volume level makes routine communication very difficult. I ask that management reviews the store's audio policy to ensure a better environment for both customers and staff. | ||
