Absolutely amazing experience every time I visit! The staff are super welcoming, knowledgeable, and always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. The selection is huge, prices are great, and the delivery service is fast and reliable. Special shoutout to Gyan for being incredibly helpful and patient throughout. Absolutely amazing experience at Eagle I Cannabis in Toronto! The store has a great vibe, a huge selection, and the staff genuinely know their products. I'm going to repeat what others have said. The owner and the staff are fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional and kind. Had a small issue with a product I ordered and no questions asked, made it right. Even gave me a discount on my next purchase and some free swag. Highly recommended. I went to the creditview and burnamthorpe location.

Placed an order online. No active phone number. Goes straight to voicemail? As an active business? No customer service person to confirm the order. So I paid online and got an email to say it was deducted from my account. But still yet no order ETA or text or call. I feel scammed and am very unhappy. I would have paid by ET upon delivery or that should be an option. Cause now they have my credit card number. This was my first order after passing by one day with my dog. The store seemed well stocked, clean and approachable staff. But I guess that's only if you go there. Ordering for delivery is not the same. I will not order from here again in person or online cause how do I get my money back if no one answers the phone or responds to emails? Smh.
