| Placed an order online. No active phone number. Goes straight to voicemail? As an active business? No customer service person to confirm the order. So I paid online and got an email to say it was deducted from my account. But still yet no order ETA or text or call. I feel scammed and am very unhappy. I would have paid by ET upon delivery or that should be an option. Cause now they have my credit card number. This was my first order after passing by one day with my dog. The store seemed well stocked, clean and approachable staff. But I guess that's only if you go there. Ordering for delivery is not the same. I will not order from here again in person or online cause how do I get my money back if no one answers the phone or responds to emails? Smh. | ||
